Cost study and Project management services for a 53,500-seat soccer stadium and mixed-use development project in Tor di Valle, Rome, Italy. After the initial cost estimating exercise, BEAR Project Management went into partnership with CAAICON to provide Owner’s Representation and Project Management services for the design and construction of the new Stadio della Roma. BEAR PM’s specific responsibilities included the management of site and statutory issues, as well as cost management, schedule management, communication management, risk management, among others. The project team is extremely large, including professionals throughout Europe and North America.
