Our Primary company objective is to find the most cost-effective and time-efficient methods to meet the client’s technical and organizational goals.  
By preparing a project cost plan and managing the project to remain within the approved limits, we assist in establishing an appropriate Project Budget cash-flow forecast.

BEAR Project Management also offers technical assistance with regards to cost control and estimating for various types of projects and developments.

Steven Scamihorn is a member of the “Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors” (RICS) and for decades, has been an active supporter of the “American Institute of Architects” (AIA) also contributing through local and international boards and committees, as, for example, previously serving as President for the AIA European Chapter
