DUE DILIGENCE

BEAR Project Management carries out DUE DILIGENCE services for works in the design phase, under construction or already completed and/or occupied.  We have carried out due diligence services for important clients such as ProLogis, ING Real Estate, Vailog IXES AEW and Pradera.  Generally speaking, our due diligence services usually consist of a thorough review of all available technical documents, a site visit, a review of any current design or construction activities and an analysis of anomalies and identification of potential problems or obstacles, not to mention an evaluation of the overall project quality and technical value.
