Project management and coordination for the renovation of a luxury villa on the Emerald Coast of Sardinia. The project involves coordinating professionals and client representatives from various parts of Europe. Planned works include complete renovations of the living areas, main sleeping areas, relocation and planning of a new industrial kitchen, new landscaping and swimming pool and health spa, as well as upgrades to the existing mechanical, electrical and security systems.
