ECP – Roof Maintenance, Carosello

Full Design, Engineering and Project management services for the substitution of the roof membrane and maintenance of the mechanical systems (including replacement of three air-handlers) of a shopping centre in Carugate, a suburb to the north-east of Milan. Following the success of previous collaborative efforts on the same site, the client contracted BEAR PM to carry out all professional services required for the works, from strategic planning through to design, tender, construction and final handover. The project was planned and executed to minimise any negative impact on the centre’s operations, and it was phased to respond to technical and structural limitations. BEAR Project Management’s responsibilities included full programming and project management, all design and engineering services, HSW consultancy, tender and construction supervision.
