Logistics park of 109,000 sq m, divided into 4 various-sized buildings, located at the motorway interchange Novara Est, along the A4 motorway between Milano and Turin. ProLogis Italy Management srl relied on BEAR Project Management srl for the coordination of the design activities, for the definition of the technical specifications, for the organization and management of the design documents, for general client assistance and in choosing the winning contractor. During the construction phase, BEAR Project Management was asked to carry out Quality Control for the client, as the project was handed over to a general contractor for a turn-key operation. The first two warehouses were completed in 2004, while the other two are underconstruction.
