Project monitoring of the design and construction of a logistics centre in central Italy. BEAR Project Management attended on-site construction meetings on a monthly basis and monitored testing, materials and samples. BEAR PM provided on-going technical evaluations of the project to IXIS AEW in the form of a written, monthly report, summarising the works progress, the evaluation of contractor’s work and monthly payments, the status of the time schedule and other applicable critical issues.
