Management and general coordination for the design of a new residential tower in the city ofMilan. The unique and striking design consists of the construction of a 10-storey and a 26-storey apartment buildings, linked together by four stacked terraces. BEAR Project Management’s specific responsibilities include general programming, management of design coordination, preparation and control of tender documents, and reporting to the client. Advanced technologies are planned for the building data, electrical and conditioning systems, including geo-thermal technology and integrated building management systems.
