Full Design, Engineering and Project management services for waterproofing and re-paving the existing car park of a shopping centre near Milan. BEAR PM carried out all professional services required for the works, from strategic planning through to design, tender, construction and final handover. The project was planned and executed to minimise any negative impact on the centre’s operations, and it was phased to respond to operational limitations. BEAR Project Management’s responsibilities included full programming and project management, all design and engineering services, HSW consultancy, tender and construction supervision.
