Project management and coordination for the renovation of a luxurious property in Saint Tropez, France. The client, after having evaluated BEAR Project Management’s proven professional capabilities during the renovation of his villa in Porto Cervo, engaged BEAR PM again to manage this more complex project on the French Riviera.
BEAR PM’s responsibilities here include the coordination of the various professional consultants, construction contractors and client representatives located all over Europe. The works include civil demolition and reconstruction, mechanical and electrical systems, and structural modifications for a complete building renovation and expansion of the Main Villa, the Guest Villa and the Staff house.
The final design includes such amenities as a new industrial kitchen, re-landscaping of the 130 ha park, two pools and a new fitness-spa suite, as well as upgrades to the existing technical, security and helipad lighting systems.
