Project management consultancy to the architecture studio responsible for overall project delivery of an office renovation in the centre of Milan. The 2.200 sq m project is located on the second and third floors of a listed building in Piazza San Babila. The complexity of the project was mostly due to the coordination with the Landlord’s works underway simultaneously. Nonetheless, the project was delivered on time and within budget. BEAR Project Management’s main responsibilities included team building and management, communication management, cost management and risk management.
